Tanner Stacy and his partner did a good job, as usual. Checked our septic system, checked all drains in home and unclogged a large clog in kitchen sink. We have been using this company since 2015 for H&A, Plumbing & Electrical and they are always on time and very professional.

I am writing on another experience with One Hour – My 15 year unit went out and the team came out next day to replace it. Had a small issue with the condensation line pumping outdoors resulting in shutting down the system – Dale Runner, a One Hour superstar, came out at midnight to fix the problem, unfortunately my old pump was not working anymore, so 7:00 AM that morning, Dale showed up again with a new pump and fixed the problem. In this competitive environment sometimes the only difference is service. Everyone can price a new unit etc, what’s important is the service after the sale. I have to highly recommend One Hour and specifically Dale – Job well done!

This was the fourth tech I saw regarding my issue, but this one was stellar! He took his time and thoroughly checked everything about our system. He did not leave until he was sure that our unit was functioning as it should. It seems that the previous tech did a repair that solved the problem, but we had to wait for the system to thaw out before we could know for sure. Today’s tech really made us feel like he had done all he could to verify that the system is functioning properly….and took the time to explain to us what probably caused the issue in the first place, why the system reacted the way it did, and what to watch for in the future.

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning has just completed our yearly inspection, and again we have been impressed with the kind and professional manner in which this was done, and then also the thoroughness of the job as well as the thorough explanation later of what was done, and of anything that might be an area of concern. We are very pleased!

Will showed up, very professional, wore shoe covers to protect my home which was much appreciated and had me with him the entire time educating me on my 2 units and was very honest about what was needed and what to be concerned about in the future. Not pushy , was honest showing me all readings, and didn’t try to sell me parts or service not critical at this time. I appreciate his honesty and thoroughness. Ask for Will!

Shane Hood with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came and saved the day. We went the entire weekend without being able to use the master bath, washing machine, and kitchen due to the plumbing had came loose and fallen!!! The others from Benjamin Franklin could “NOT” find this problem nor could they tell me where the septic odor was coming from, but they could smell it as well. I pay a monthly fee to have this inspected yearly and in December I was complaining about the odor when they installed 2 new toilets and a hot water heater. I feel that since this wasn’t found by them that I should not have to pay or have the cost cut in half. If you don’t stand behind your work how good is your company? Not very good if you ask me. Employees need to do the job or find another one!!! Still not happy, but happy that Shane Hood came and fixed the problem in no time flat! We only want him from now on, “IF” we stay with One Hour Heating and Air, Benjamin Franklin and Mr. Sparky contract.

One Hour Heating & Air is absolutely the best option for HVAC repair, maintenance and installation in Nashville. They have installed two units for us, and they help us maintain them with every season’s change. Nathan did a great job get us back into cool air today — he was a lovely human worthy of kudos!

Luke was great and had our a/c problem diagnosed within minutes. Unfortunately, he didn’t have the repair part but another tech had it that was close by and we were on our way to a peaceful night sleep within an hour. One Hour is definitely our new HVAC company! Thank you!!

Repair guy, Hans is a legend. So kind, so helpful. A/C issues are the worst, and they made this easy. I never leave reviews for anything, but this is worth the time and energy to leave 5 well deserved stars. Very happy and have now used them for diff units on several occasions.

This was actually for a plumbing issue. An outside frost proof faucet was installed last year by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and before the 1 year warranty expired it became almost impossible to turn it off completely. They replaced the faucet with no charge for parts or labor. This is an outstanding business. I’ve called them several times over the last few years and they have never disappointed me.

This company has been great to me very friendly and fast. Their team is professional i personally have to give a big thanks to Nathan Dinguss he has done a a amazing job on making sure my home is taken care of, he is professional and he will educate you on your unit and give you helpful tips on how to conserve energy and most of he is so nice.. thanks Nathan I will definitely ask for you in the future to maintenance my unit.

The one hour heating and air conditioning experience was great. From the customer service line to completing the repairs, I was impressed and felt like they understood and prioritized getting what needed to be fixed. My technician Will was very thorough and even gave me tips on how to keep the house cooler while he was busy working on the repair. They were truly customer focused!

Nathan was thorough and worked hard to get to the root of the problem. He removed and replaced kinked and stretched tubing that was straining the ac system. He also replaced the ac pump. He was available to work on the weekend and came back an additional day to complete the work. Lastly he made sure I received a reasonable price. Thank you Nathan!
