I am writing on another experience with One Hour - My 15 year unit went out and the team came out next day to replace it. Had a small issue with the condensation line pumping outdoors resulting in shutting down the system - Dale Runner, a One Hour superstar, came out at midnight to fix the problem, unfortunately my old pump was not working anymore, so 7:00 AM that morning, Dale showed up again with a new pump and fixed the problem. In this competitive environment sometimes the only difference is service. Everyone can price a new unit etc, what's important is the service after the sale. I have to highly recommend One Hour and specifically Dale - Job well done!
