This was the fourth tech I saw regarding my issue, but this one was stellar! He took his time and thoroughly checked everything about our system. He did not leave until he was sure that our unit was functioning as it should. It seems that the previous tech did a repair that solved the problem, but we had to wait for the system to thaw out before we could know for sure. Today's tech really made us feel like he had done all he could to verify that the system is functioning properly....and took the time to explain to us what probably caused the issue in the first place, why the system reacted the way it did, and what to watch for in the future.
