Jeff Davis came out to fix our AC unit. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He suggested the service plan for our 12 year old units, and we’re so happy to have the help with our ongoing maintenance going forward. Thanks to Jeff and Roscoe Brown. Here’s to a cool summer 😎

We had two new heat pumps installed by Roscoe Brown yesterday. In the evening I noticed the upstairs unit was not cooling properly. I called the afterhours service number and a rep. returned my call at 7:30 AM today. She scheduled a tech to come out around 10 AM. Mikey Tidwell arrived on time. He was very polite, courteous and concerned about the issue. He spent approx. 2 hrs. making sure the system was in proper working order. I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of all the Roscoe Brown employees from sales to final install & follow-up.

My A/C shut down and they sent Randall Barrett out for same-day service. It ended up being a pretty complicated issue and he took his time to do a thorough job. It was actually raining outside and pretty gross out but he still went above and beyond to correct some additional issues (at no extra cost) that were beyond the scope of the repair. My unit works great now and as a non-DIY type person, I am thankful to have found a reliable maintenance person with integrity.

Was waiting for parts for both upstairs and downstairs air and they did not come in and we would not have had air for the Memorial Day weekend. Roscoe Brown said we will have someone come out and put in refrigerant (no charge) so that we could have cooling. Joseph Henry came out at 9 pm and did what they said. He was very professional and dedicated to come out that late at night. I will be switching to Roscoe Brown from another HVAC company. Way to treat customers!

Every interaction I’ve had with Roscoe Brown has been extremely pleasant. They are always very prompt and responsive, regardless of if it is normal maintenance or an emergency. Joseph Henry is one of the Service Technicians and he is very professional and polite. Joseph takes time to explain to you and answers any questions you may have. I highly recommend Joseph Henry and Roscoe Brown.

Mr. Henry went above and beyond to repair our unit. I appreciated his professionalism and taking time to explain what the problem was. Also, the repair was completed the same day which was pretty important as my upstairs was 90 degrees! Thank you!

Joseph Henry from the Murfreesboro location was a great technician! Friendly, courteous and fixed our AC unit in less time then scheduled.

Terry and Chris did an amazing job. Both were very knowledgeable and addressed my concerns. Terry assisted me learning how to program my new thermostat to keep my family and I cozy. Both guys showed me things about my unit and provided reasons why adjustments were made. Professionalism was A+! And the price was unmatched. Terry clean all of the old parts and left thy space nest and tidy! Would recommend this company!

I am constantly impressed with the service I receive from Roscoe Brown. They contact me as agreed every six months to schedule maintenance visits for my HVAC system. This week, Connor came by and did an outstanding job. He was punctual, communicated the status of my system well, and gave a clear report upon finishing. Great job, Connor and Juan!

Amazing experience from start to finish. We have used Roscoe Brown previously for both our furnace and AC. Every time, the interaction exceeded expectations. Fair, honest, competitive price, excellent service and expertise. This time, we had to actually replace the HVAC (our suggestion) and blow in insulation. Perfect in every way. Team is excellent!

We were having an issue with our HVAC unit. We came home from work to a hot house and our unit making a squealing noise. It was after hours so I started calling companies to see who could come do an emergency repair. Roscoe Brown was the only company that had an answering service that told me they would get a message to the on call technician to call me back. The technician called me and said they were slammed that night but could leave a message for someone to call me first thing the next morning. I called the very first thing the next morning as soon as someone was in the office. The dispatcher was very friendly and scheduled me for a work in later that afternoon but said it would be sometimes after 2 since we were a work in but would keep us updated since I was at work and would need to be home when they came. Shortly after I had called someone did call me back to let me know the on call tech from the night before had relayed the info to them and that that she could see we were already scheduled and would keep us updated. It turns out it was later in the day before they were able to be there which worked out since we were both able to finish our work day. Once we were home a dispatcher did call to tell us that they had not forgotten about us and we were the next on the techs lists. Before the tech came he did call us to give us an approximate time he would be here. The technician was Brian Hancock. He listened to what I told him was going on and promptly went to work to find the issue. He opened up the unit and checked everything thoroughly. After a worse case scenario it turned out it was a simple fix and we were up and running!! Now thanks to Bryan’s expertise we are Roscoe Brown customers from here on out!!

Thank you, Roscoe Brown, for getting right to us and replacing our water heater as quickly and efficiently as you did. We really appreciate Brandon and the job he did. He was professional, kind and respectful, and did a great job removing and replacing that old heater. Roscoe Brown will be our go to for any plumbing needs and hopefully Brandon will be available if we need him in the future.

I would like to personally thank Terry and Jonathan S. for the great work they did on 9.4.2020. They ran ductwork and installed a heat and air vent in my new room. They removed the old transition from the air handler and installed a new supply box. They also added a new air return vent and filter in an existing room. The entire house is already noticeably cooler! They were mindful of the ascetics in where and how they placed both vents and they look great! These two guys were very cordial, knowledgeable and neat! I would highly recommend them. Mr. Roscoe Brown would be proud! Thanks also to Chris F. who wrote up the Proposal and identified exactly what needed to be done. Terry Pritchett installed a new HVAC unit for us on July 21. Terry arrived on time and was very professional. He did a great job and kept us in the loop during the whole process. When my husband looked over the unit after they left, he was impressed with the neatness and quality of the work. The overall appearance was very good. Thank you, Terry, and Roscoe Brown!

Had to replace my entire a/c unit which nobody wants to do. Rosco Brown’s sales rep and install team did an outstanding job at the best price after several quotes. Would recommend and continue to use!

Was in contact with roscoe in the am they found a way to work me in to their schedule same day to service my system. Joseph was the tech on site super friendly and thorough. Fixed very promptly. Will be glad to continue to use their services.
