Jewell mechanical has been providing GREAT care to our office for years. several of the employees now use Jewell Mechanical for AC and Plumbing in their homes and receive great care as well. We all highly recommend them as there are always caring and professional. You won't be disappointed!
Was waiting for parts for both upstairs and downstairs air and they did not come in and we would not have had air for the Memorial Day weekend. Roscoe Brown said we will have someone come out and put in refrigerant (no charge) so that we could have cooling. Joseph Henry came out at 9 pm and did what they said. He was very professional and dedicated to come out that late at night. I will be switching to Roscoe Brown from another HVAC company. Way to treat customers!
