We were having an issue with our HVAC unit. We came home from work to a hot house and our unit making a squealing noise. It was after hours so I started calling companies to see who could come do an emergency repair. Roscoe Brown was the only company that had an answering service that told me they would get a message to the on call technician to call me back. The technician called me and said they were slammed that night but could leave a message for someone to call me first thing the next morning. I called the very first thing the next morning as soon as someone was in the office. The dispatcher was very friendly and scheduled me for a work in later that afternoon but said it would be sometimes after 2 since we were a work in but would keep us updated since I was at work and would need to be home when they came. Shortly after I had called someone did call me back to let me know the on call tech from the night before had relayed the info to them and that that she could see we were already scheduled and would keep us updated. It turns out it was later in the day before they were able to be there which worked out since we were both able to finish our work day. Once we were home a dispatcher did call to tell us that they had not forgotten about us and we were the next on the techs lists. Before the tech came he did call us to give us an approximate time he would be here. The technician was Brian Hancock. He listened to what I told him was going on and promptly went to work to find the issue. He opened up the unit and checked everything thoroughly. After a worse case scenario it turned out it was a simple fix and we were up and running!! Now thanks to Bryan’s expertise we are Roscoe Brown customers from here on out!!
