I highly recommend this company! My husband and I were trying to find someone to come out and fix our a/c. We have a baby and everyone was totally booked up including this company but when I explained our situation, they did everything they could to work us on their schedule. Not only did they get to us within a couple of hours, the technician they sent was courteous and knowledgeable and was in and out within about 30 minutes with our a/c cooling! They were also very honest & reasonable on their pricing. Also, want to mention how incredibly great their customer service is. I spoke with both the owner and receptionist and they couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. I will definitely be using them in the future!

I received their business card info and referral from a friend. My heat went out while it was freezing temps. I had used a friends husband to repair my 20 year old unit multiple times for the past several years, and it was time to install a new unit. I called Premo Air and immediately received a response. He was at my home within the hour and had his guys out with a new unit installed the next day! Prices are in line and competitive with other area HVAC companies. Very impressed with response time and communication. I definitely recommend them and will be referring my friends and family to him as well. Thank you all for the great service!

My air unit suddenly started making a noise one morning and of course it was already 80 degrees out. I reached out to Premo Air and within a hour or so they were at my house diagnosing the issue. Came back about a hour later and replaced my fan blade and my air is back working perfectly. Couldn’t be more happier! I would definitely use them again in the future.

Dino and crew were phenomenal! We solicited feedback from our neighbors on who do use for our HVAC system. Premo air info was provided from numerous folks. We contacted them and were met with total professionalism. I was greeted by Emily when I contacted them. She was one of the most cheerful and upbeat person I have come in contact with. Having worked in the Customer Service industry for over 25 years, Emily knocked it out of the park with her positive attitude. Emily set up a time for Dino the owner to contact me back. I heard back from Dino within the hour and he followed up in person same day. After looking at the issue we were having (we were confident we would need a new HVAC – heat pump system) Dino confirmed it. Dino was extremely knowledgeable regarding all the Trane units and we discussed multiple options. 5 days later he was here with his team removing the old system and installing the new units. Friendliness, knowledge, professionalism, timeliness, prompt, job site cleanliness and their workmanship are all A+. We are 110% happy customers and we would recommend them to anyone!

An AMAZING JOB! Very polite and respectful installers! Treated my home as if it was their home. No short cuts like L _ _ company who installed my smaller Trane unit. After seeing their work, I wished that they had installed my smaller unit. BTW the owner came out and inspected their work.

Highly recommend. We called Premo after another company said we needed a new furnace. Kevin diagnosed the issue and fixed the existing furnace the next day.

I was very impressed with how quickly they responded and came and got the job done. They were kind and professional. He even took the time to explain how our system worked and gave me some tips. Being lower than the other quotes didn’t hurt either! Would highly recommend them for service and will use them in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I have used them for several years for general maintenance on our HVAC. They have always been prompt, professional and courteous. Our condenser recently went out during the hottest week in July, on a Thursday. Their schedule was booked, but what they did is pure class and service. The OWNER OF THE COMPANY comes to my house and installs the unit on a Friday in the scorching heat. Thanks Premo! You really came through in a pinch. We can’t thank you enough!

Had a 2.5 ton split unit replaced with premo. Guys came on time and finished earlier than stated. Had some issues with the new equipment but they worked their butts off to get things squared away. Even had the owner running around town to find the part that originally didn’t work. Good communication, price, and top quality equipment is why I’d recommend them to anyone. 5/5 all day.

Diagnosed and fixed the clog ducts and low, almost non-existent, refrigerant level faster than I thought possible. Emily at HQ was super professional and Jeromy and Kevin went above and beyond. Would have had a super hot Memorial Day weekend without the entire amazing team getting the system back up and running worry free in what seemed to be record time. It wasn’t cheap but far below what I expected for the type of repair needed and easily within the time frame projected.

Dino and his team were courteous and worked very efficiently without leaving any trash behind (pet peeve of mine). Had two separate jobs installed in a matter of days and got some great education on the products throughout the process so definitely did not feel rushed. Highly recommend.
