Dino and crew were phenomenal! We solicited feedback from our neighbors on who do use for our HVAC system. Premo air info was provided from numerous folks. We contacted them and were met with total professionalism. I was greeted by Emily when I contacted them. She was one of the most cheerful and upbeat person I have come in contact with. Having worked in the Customer Service industry for over 25 years, Emily knocked it out of the park with her positive attitude. Emily set up a time for Dino the owner to contact me back. I heard back from Dino within the hour and he followed up in person same day. After looking at the issue we were having (we were confident we would need a new HVAC - heat pump system) Dino confirmed it. Dino was extremely knowledgeable regarding all the Trane units and we discussed multiple options. 5 days later he was here with his team removing the old system and installing the new units. Friendliness, knowledge, professionalism, timeliness, prompt, job site cleanliness and their workmanship are all A+. We are 110% happy customers and we would recommend them to anyone!
