Both the service tech and the duct cleaning tech were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and professional. They were on time and communicated arrivals. I will definitely use them again for routine duct cleaning and heating system maintenance!

Excellent service. Crew especially Jason, Joel, Adam are knowledgeable, on time, neat, friendly, super cautious during this virus pandemic & clean up thoroughly. We had 2 heaters replaced with a new more efficient one with 2 thermostats to control 3 different floors. We have used them for routine maintenance for years & added fireplace service this year.

Moore Heating installed a new Weil McLein boiler and hot water tank for me in 2007. More recently they responded quickly to a call for possible servicing of my Avalon gas fireplace insert. They are scrupulously honest and I have been satisfied with their work 100%. I chose them because others had had the same experience.

You never want to talk to a plumber until you need one. And when I did, Moore Heating went above and beyond to get me up and running. What seamed like an impossible task, was resolved by the hard work of Jerry, Devon and Tony. They made it happen and I am not only impressed, but forever thankful.

Over the years I’ve purchased a furnace, had duct cleaning, and recently had a gas fireplace insert installed. Moore Heating is the best. Very friendly and professional, quick to provide a quote, fair pricing and excellent work done by an experienced crew. I have been extremely satisfied with this outstanding company.

Overall exceptional service, I was in a bit of a bind with a leaky water heater, the placement of which complicated the situation as it was located behind the furnace in a confined closet exterior of my condo. Of three estimates, Moore came in the most affordable, and were able to get a technician out to replace the water heater the same weekend. Both the estimator and the technician were very friendly, professional, and responsive.

We had Moore Heating come to look at our gas fireplace not working correctly. The tech wasn’t as familiar with diagnosing the problem as we hoped and emailed Moore Heating, The owner contacted me right away and came out and got us repaired ….and was able to determine it was a wall switch not the fireplace. Who knew? He did by his extensive experience. So grateful….I am not mechanically gifted…at all…and really appreciate Moore Heating’s care to make things right as well as integrity. Not many companies service gas fireplaces so extra grateful that they do!

In October, Technician John performed an inspection of our furnace and suggested we replace zone valves, expansion tank, fill valve and air vent. The boiler is 13 years old and should last 25 years. We accepted their bid for repairs of $1500. On November 9, John performed stated repairs and final cost was $1300. John had explained very well the function of components and associated issues. We are extremely pleased and the furnace operates efficiently and is quiet.

Moore did good work at a fair price and treated us with appreciation and professionalism. I’d definitely will use them again.

I am writing about the service I had today at my home for duct cleaning. Dan Rudd, my serviceman was absolutely professional from start to finish. He called me 20 minutes before arriving and went to work right away. He spent about 3 hours and we hit it off and he went above and beyond for me. He was engaging and respectful and even removed a old sump pump *at my request* because the last contractor left it there and a huge mess to boot! Dan was vacuuming the floors and even got a co worker to bring a new air filter! For a such a young man he was very mature! I lost so much faith in the younger generation and he restored that in me. Thank you Dan! Thank you Moore Heating for a wonderful unexpected experience! I highly recommend. 5 Stars! Hey Moore give that boy a raise!

They easily had a 5K sale and instead scheduled a service that would fix our issues instead. We had requested an estimate to have a tankless system put in. The estimator came out, looked at our system and immediately called a senior tech. A couple of minutes later we had a service call scheduled. They system we had was fine and just needed different settings. I have also used Moore in the past and always had a good experience.

We cannot say enough good things about Moore Heating or its employees! We had them replace & upgrade both our old furnace & hot water heater. Not only did they have the best price out of three estimates, their work was outstanding! Seriously, not only was everything up and working as designed when they finished, there was not a single screw or piece of ANYTHING left for us to clean up after the installation! In addition, literally every employee we met or talked with went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. There was Tony our sales rep who stayed in contact with us through the entire process, answering any questions, then there was Shelly who worked with our schedule & made sure everything happened on time & as planned, Veronica who not only answered the phone but also made me feel that she cared about what we might be needing, Rob a Moore manager who reached out to us to make sure everything was going well, and then Raheem the technician that actually did the installation who my husband describes as the hardest working guy he’s ever seen! Yep, we could not be happier and would highly recommend Moore Heating!

Moore Heating installed a new furnace for us 12 years ago and has performed all the regular maintenance since then. They just installed a new hot water heater and garage heater. Excellent work and really friendly phone staff and technicians!! Highly recommended them.

Called Moore Heating on advice of friend. Technician Shaun showed up on time, performed the necessary repairs, and the boiler was up and running. He explained the process thoroughly. Two days later I had to call again because two other parts decided to fail. Shaun again showed up and took care of the issues. He was thorough, on time, and very professional.
