I am writing about the service I had today at my home for duct cleaning. Dan Rudd, my serviceman was absolutely professional from start to finish. He called me 20 minutes before arriving and went to work right away. He spent about 3 hours and we hit it off and he went above and beyond for me. He was engaging and respectful and even removed a old sump pump *at my request* because the last contractor left it there and a huge mess to boot! Dan was vacuuming the floors and even got a co worker to bring a new air filter! For a such a young man he was very mature! I lost so much faith in the younger generation and he restored that in me. Thank you Dan! Thank you Moore Heating for a wonderful unexpected experience! I highly recommend. 5 Stars! Hey Moore give that boy a raise!

These guys are great! The owner of All Weather takes much pride in providing the best costumer service in our area. He had a technician out on a Sunday, gave me clear details as to who to expect upon the technician's arrival, and made sure to provide a safe experience during this pandemic. The technician was prompt in making a repair to our heating unit. He had all necessary equipment on hand to fix the issue onsite and took the time to clearly explain what caused the issue. The best part is that this company's service charge is only $59 dollars Monday - Sunday! The local company who installed my unit was going to charge $225 for an emergency repair, $125 for every hour the technician was onsite, + the cost of the materials needing replacement... These guys are local, honest, and knowledgeable!
