I had Mid-State install a Generac standby generator. It was the most professional job done in my house in the 22 years I have lived here. They came at the promised time, finished on time and when they left, my house looked as if no one was ever here. I cannot recommend them high enough

They are extremely responsive, all of their employees are professional from the office workers to the people who come and actually do the work in your home, and they are very thorough in their work. Additionally, when compared to other companies, I found their prices to reasonable and fair and the product that they use to be top of line. Jack came right out the next day after we called and met with my family to replace our entire HVAC system he was extremely nice and didn’t push us into buying anything we didn’t want. We had no working heat so he had his guys show up the very next morning before 9 am! The installers were very pleasant and courteous. They kept everything clean and tidy. We are extremely satisfied from start to finish with buying and the installation of our new system. Jack made the whole process quick and easy! We will use Mid State again! Thanks Mid State!

Mid-State replaced the two-zone heat/AC in my house with high efficiency Trane units. I was very happy with their work, professionalism, and price. They hooked up nest thermostats and showed me how to used them and also walked me through the state rebate process to get thousands of dollars back for installing high efficiency units. I’m excited to see how much my utility bills drop now. I couldn’t be happier, highly recommended!!

This service call was for the yearly AC maintenance as part of the contract. I have been quite pleased over two years of working with this maintenance arrangement, since I moved to a new residence. The tech was Jamie Patterson who continued with his usual professional, helpful, and friendly behavior.

Jamie was friendly and explained how the mice ate through the wires. There were some other problems with the air conditioner as well. He was able to fix it in a timely manor and he went over the final bill step by step. He represents Mid-State wonderfully.

Mid-State installed my Generac Home Generator June 12 2019. They were very professional and timely in their installation.Jack was the Sales rep. who was very knowledgeable about the product and procedure. They installed a new furnace and water heater during the recent cold weather. I checked the price against 2 other people quickly as the temperature was dropping! They appeared in line with other reputable companies. The furnace was all that had actually stopped working, but they noticed some water drops on the bottom of the water heater and it was 15 years old so I was reactive on the furnace and proactive on the water heater. Work was done neatly, and it works! Great job and I’ll be referring them to my friends and family.

Our technician, Jamie, did a fantastic job. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and patiently answered all of my concerns. Mid-State is amazing. We contacted them for our HVAC in peak summer time July 7 and they had their sales rep Frank Simonetti come over the vet next day and give us a quote right away. They were the lowest price wise and they upgraded our AC unit and also upgraded our heating unit to 2 stage variable for same price. They had the fastest turn around time and came out to replace the unit in 4 business days. That’s incredible speed looking at the summer and the challenging COVID-19 pandemic. The technician Freddy who came was extremely polite and professional. He and his team exactly knew what to do. They cleant up after they were finished working. The place was left spick and span. After trying several HVAC companies and not liking something about all of them, about 10 years ago I tried Mid-State and have never needed to consider anywhere else. They are responsive and do quality work. Today Jamie came to do annual maintenance, and was professional and thorough. I completely trust Mid-State for all my HVAC needs.

Very efficient with getting the work done in a timely manner and pricing was on point. Didn’t charge you an arm and a leg like others. Great work and friendly staff.
