I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Maynard! Today we had a couple techs come out to look at our hvac, plumbing, and electrical as routine inspections. All 3 techs (Rivers, josh, and Levi) were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using them again!

I am so pleased with the way my service with Maynard went. First, I called the weekend emergency line – they told me to call first thing Monday, I did, and a tech was out within an hour. Amazing. My issue wasn’t able to be diagnosed until the freezer thawed – so – later that day the tech came back. Needed a 3rd and 4th trip to finally nail it down (not the tech fault.). and Afterward – all fixed! Lizzie, my tech, was fantastic, and Gina the office was a wonderful person to talk to. They were both polite, prompt, professional, and I’ll be full expecting to call them with all my needs. Can’t recommend them enough!

Very efficient and polite. Explained well all that was involved. It being an emergency they were quick to work us in and worked hard to finish the job in one day.

Luke Shaw was professional and provided excellent service in replacing our toilet. He explained what caused the toilet bowel to go bad and it was all reasonable and understandable.

Warren and Luke were so nice and quick to get my water heater replaced after a scheduling delay by the office. They were very friendly and that calmed my agitation at the delay. I had hot water again in no time. They also added a shut off valve on the new heater. They cleaned up all the leaked water and carried their trash with them. They earned 5 stars! I appreciated their professionalism and hard work.

Replaced old galvanized pipe and sewer lines in an old house. Cory Hooper was the lead on the job. He arrived early every day and remained in regular contact with me. He provided good advise and excellent work in getting the job complete in a short amount of time. He went beyond what was expected in solving various issues that arose with the repairs to an old house. He represented the company well and I strongly recommend Maynard. We will call them first when we have our next plumbing or heating need.

Early yesterday afternoon, I realized that my air conditioner wasn’t working. I called Maynard, expecting that they’d tell me someone would come out today. But they promised to have someone here yesterday. And they delivered: Caleb arrived shortly after 5PM, and before I knew it he had it figured out and fixed. Reasonable price, professional service, and getting it done on the same day is the trifecta of good customer care.

Cory did the work for us (outside leak underground). He took great care to make sure the job was done right. We are thrilled!!! Brien, who came to assess the situation, was so impressive to us in his inspection. Monique, that took my call, is absolutely delightful! It was such a positive experience in the midst of having a serious issue. We will definitely refer our friends to them.

I called Maynard and they worked me into their schedule. I received a text with the technicians picture and a call to let me know Steven Zinn was on the way. Steven did an excellent job at explaining to me the process and what work he would be doing. Steven located a leaking pipe in my wall, repaired it and provided outstanding service. I will be using Maynard for all of my a/c, plumbing and electrical needs. The repair cost was very affordable and there were no price gimmicks.

I bought the annual package for maintenance on my house – it is great! Keeps my house in order and they identify needs in advance so I don’t have issues – heat, air and plumbing- very comprehensive! The service people are great!

The HVAC technician, Justin, was awesome! Very knowledgeable and pushed through every obstacle to get my HVAC system back up and running the same day I called about it going down. He worked his butt off and the system is running great!

We contacted Maynard, to install a gas line so we could set up gas logs in an existing fire place. We were referred to Maynard by the heating and cooling company that we normally use as their line crew was booked for weeks. The representative that came out was professional and complete in his assessment and quote. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Although having to drill through almost 30″ of rock and brick in the fireplace to install the line, the work was installed, tested and logs hooked up quickly. The two workers sent to do the job were courteous, knowledgeable and fast working and kept me informed of what they were doing and why they were doing each step as they progressed. They made a plan, informed me and proceeded to execute it. The finished results were better than satisfactory. I definitely would not hesitate to contact them again.

Once again Maynard has satisfied and exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to have a pleasant retail experience. Luke Shaw was the Maynard Tech and he did an exceptional job. I purchased the Healty Home Plan from Luke because of the continued good experiences with Maynard.

Garrett came to check my ac unit this morning. He discovered a major issue that could have been distrastrous. Thanks to him, I will soon have a new unit that will be safe to operate. You are fortunate to have an employee like Garrett. He was professional, polite, and kind. He explained every detail so that I could make an informed decision. He’s a keeper!!!

Josh came out to my in-laws on the Fourth of July for an AC repair. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He wore a mask the entire time while he was on the property even while he was outside. I would gladly recommend Josh and Maynard to anyone I know.

A tree fell on one of my rental properties. Working 2000 miles away thanks to Xavier’s hard work all was completed. He provided great customer care and service. He informed me of his arrival time so that I could inform the tenant. The high quality work was completed quickly and in a very professional manner. I’ve been using Maynard for my residential HVAC since November 2018. They did a package unit install with zone control and I’ve been super happy with it. When things have gone wrong they’ve been prompt, polite, and professional. All of their staff are excellent, from their dispatchers to their techs. I’m super happy with my decision to go with Maynard and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

The tech worked hard and got my sewer system and 2 toilets repaired once I got one to come out after three appointments, and also set up a return visit to complete a permanent fix of my sewer. He explained what needed to be done and the cost before starting the job.

Jeff at Maynard was Great! He helped us troubleshoot some cooling issues we were having and Walked us through several different options and the cost associated.
