I am so pleased with the way my service with Maynard went. First, I called the weekend emergency line - they told me to call first thing Monday, I did, and a tech was out within an hour. Amazing. My issue wasn't able to be diagnosed until the freezer thawed - so - later that day the tech came back. Needed a 3rd and 4th trip to finally nail it down (not the tech fault.). and Afterward - all fixed! Lizzie, my tech, was fantastic, and Gina the office was a wonderful person to talk to. They were both polite, prompt, professional, and I'll be full expecting to call them with all my needs. Can't recommend them enough!
