This company was responsive to my call and met my schedule as requested to fix my heating issue. Austin performed what looked to be a full systematic check of my heating system. He kept me updated throughout the diagnostic process, provided me options, pricing and an honest take that all option may not be 100% due to the nature of my mechanical issue being intermittent. Most of all I did NOT feel that Austin tried to sell me something I did not need. I’ll use Jewell again if needed and will ask for Austin.

Justin came out to the house and did an excellent job. He wore a mask while working, which I appreciated. He cleaned the condenser unit and found a leak/low refrigerant in the cooling coil. Rather than be pushy to buy a new unit, he said I should be able to use the unit for a while longer. He explained that when it freezes up, I will need a replacement. I am grateful that he checked and cleaned the unit, and let me know what to look for when it freezes up. I signed up for the maintenance plan and highly recommend Jewel Mechanical. Great work! Followup October 2020 Justin came out again for the maintenance plan heating checkup. He programed my thermostat for automatic mode and found that the heating strips power was turned off. Thanks to him I will be very comfortable this winter. Great job again!

Tim – with Jewell came out on Christmas Eve and resolved a three year old issue with our heat pump in a matter of a couple of hours. These folks are courteous, friendly and professional. If you need help with your HVAC or Plumbing they are THE BEST!

Replaced old A/C unit that went out the very next day fast and efficiently. Also traced and repaired a leaky pipe without damaging any walls. I have used Jewell many times in the past and they never fail to impress.

I believe it’s very important to give positive feedback when a great service is provided. One of my early on careers was in HVAC. So a few days ago I decided to do my own maintenance on one of my units at my office. I had no issues getting the unit apart and clean but then when it was time to reassemble let’s just say I may of had a few Choice words for myself. I called Jewell & the very pleasant Nickie answered & got me on the books immediately. She notified me the tech would call when on his way. Hunter called letting me know he was on his way. Showed up on time he was very polite, professional, stayed on task & completed the job in a timely manner. Big shout out to the entire team at Jewell Mechanic.

I have used Jewell Mechanical twice in the last month for plumbing issues. Scott did the work both times. He replaced a leaking shut-off valve on the commode and unclogged the shower drain. He arrived on time and was polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable and had the tools and supplies he needed to do the work. Best of all he had pride in the work he was doing and left me as a satisficed customer.

I’ve been with Jewell Mechanical for 4 years – today, Justin came out to assist with the Heat Maintenance for my home. He wore a mask while being around myself when conducting the maintenance on the heating unit. Justin was very personable, respectful, and friendly when speaking to him. He did show me on a part on the heating unit to look out for in case we notice changes to the unit’s working ability. We could’ve replaced the part this time around; however, I was informed we could wait, but just keep an eye on it. Justin was great answering my questions with no judgement. Thank you, Justin!

Great team at Jewell–Jack diagnosed and explained our problem in detail, as well as the options we had to fix or replace, without any upselling pressure. They were very fast and responsive–after we decided to get a new unit, they were out the next day. Keith, Chad, and Jim were a great crew–they were in and out of the house all day doing the installation, and we barely noticed as we worked in the home office. Highly recommend!

One of our units stopped working and a prior company we used didn’t get back to me. Jewell was responsive, prompt and professional. The technician Tim was friendly & informative and got me squared away. I’ll be using them from here on out.

Had a new Mitsubishi floor unit installed last week in a sunroom; wanted to trial through the various temps over the weekend before writing review. Self assessed I might have a main line blockage aroundsmidnight and within 12 hours my problem has been fixed!! Called Bobby first thing in the morning and he dispatched Brent who also came out first thing and was knowledgeable, informative, communicated clearly all my issues, had a great attitude and overall performed a very professional service! Expecting not to need further help, but would definitely use Jewel again!

There was a major problem with the toilet in the basement of the church parsonage and it had to be replaced.. It had been done wrong originally by the builders. So Jewell sent Mr. Scott Wilson out and he had to completely replace the flange and install a new toilet in a concrete floor. The flange had been glued to the pipe and it was major job. But with 30 years experience, the job he did was absolutely beautiful. I’m the Bishop of the church, age 74 and have never seen a better job done more professionally. Jewell Mechanical also did the work at Point of Mercy, our church in Nashville, and it was the same excellent work there. Use Jewell Mechanical and you will never go elsewhere. They are the best. Jewell mechanical has been providing GREAT care to our office for years. several of the employees now use Jewell Mechanical for AC and Plumbing in their homes and receive great care as well. We all highly recommend them as there are always caring and professional. You won’t be disappointed!

I have their maintenance plan and it’s great! I had a 30yr old HVAC that only needed minor fixes since they checked it twice a year, but that’s quite old and so I got to a point where I just wanted to replace it. They had great pricing and options and I love the new system. When I’ve had an urgent “no heat/air” issue, they were able to come out same day. I like calling and immediately getting to talk to someone vs. an automatic answer “press 1” type thing. Highly recommend.

Jewell Mechanical was prompt in responding to my online request after a holiday weekend. I was contacted roughly an hour before my 2-hour appointment window and asked if the technician could come earlier than scheduled.
