The tech that came to my house was WILL. He was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing step by step. Response to my call was 1 day, which I appreciate. WILL is a keeper 😀

Arrived on a Saturday morning promptly. Evaluated the system, found the issue and discussed the options. The text communication is great! A picture is sent of the technician along with note stating the technician is on the way. On Monday, a different technician arrived with the new part and performed the service. Both technicians explained the issue, explained the options, the repair and were courteous. Will definitely be using Aire Serv of Mt. Juliet for future HVAC needs.

Gabriel, repair person, was excellent. Emily, the person who took my calls, was always professional and friendly. This is a good company I think.

My AC unit flooded during the recent torrential storms. I originally called Hiller who promptly told me I would need a new unit and duct work costing thousands of dollars without even looking at the unit. After a conversation with a friend, I looked up duct work repair and found Aire Serv. Emi was very sweet and scheduled an appointment for David and Terrance to come out and look at it. I was given a reasonable quote (less than $700) and they replaced my duct work that was damaged the next day (my AC unit worked just fine). I received a follow up call from David the day after to check how things were working. I truly value a company that does not try to upsell services or take advantage where they see an opportunity. I HIGHLY recommend Aire Serv and will be utilizing their services for all my heating and cooling needs moving forward. Thank you for everything!!! (SH)

Trust is so vitally important in any business interaction and especially when the job is for your home…and Aire Serv of Mount Juliet is the company you can trust. We replaced both of our a/c units this week. The quoted price was more than fair, the men were knowledgeable and polite, and we scheduled the installation immediately. They showed up on time, respected our property and home, and completed the job in 90 degree heat with highest humidity. No complaints, everything as we wanted, and they came back promptly the next day to tweak our new upstairs thermostat. What great guys! Form the first time Emi Kate picked up the phone to the time Will, Gabe and Terrance showed up at my door, it was a very professional and family oriented experience. Repairs needed were thoroughly explained and fixed well within my time line expectations. I would highly recommend service from this fine organization. Thank you to all involved! I put my request into Angie’s List on Memorial Day thinking I’d get a response next day…I was wrong! Lee called within five minutes and came out within an hour. No extra charge for the holiday! He took a look and our very old a/c needed to be replaced. He was very good about telling us our options and our prices right up front. His pricing was very fair and I had a good feeling about him so we agreed to replace the unit. He kindly agreed to come out the next morning since it was so hot out. We had a problem with our water line turning to gel and I called him at 8:30 that night. He said he’d be back in the morning. At 7 am he text me he was o his way! Had air by 8:30! I would highly recommend his services to everyone.

It had been a few years since the HVAC system was checked since the company was sold or whatever. My AC was working but straining in this heat wave. I called AireServe and was pleased to get a timely appointment. ALL communications have been professional and caring. I’ll continue to use them. 100% so far.

Finally found Aire Serv of Mount Juliet after they repaired my neighbors HVAC during the bitter cold in late winter. They were responsive, treated him fairly and the cost was very affordable. Today I had my maintenance done on my HVAC system and I couldn’t be more pleased. I was notified who was coming by email with a name and picture and also by the person letting me know he was on his way. Will arrived promptly, explained everything he did and answered my questions in terms I understood. I am super happy with the quality of the work performed and look forward to future service appointments. The perks of their service agreement are many and you can’t go wrong with this company. My initial contact was with Emi and her explanation was all encompassing and set the tone for this well served client.

Will Joyner arrived on time and was very professional. He repaired my ac unit and was very informative and helpful. Explained and Included video documentation of the system repairs and alerted me to optional proactive maintenance and repairs if I chose to have them performed at that time.

Emi had a lightning fast response, and will showed up in less than an hour and fixed thr problem quickly. They both were great at communicating and Will even sent video to show me the problem (I was off site when he came). Overall, I’m impressed.

Mr. Lee was awesome! I’m very inquisitive and simply had questions. He answered everything. From “why this” to “maybe that” it didn’t matter. Mr.Lee was truly genuine and honest. I appreciate that more now than ever. Specially in the times that we are in. I’m already booked for a fall check up. So I look forward to see them this Fall. Thanks guys…

Emily, Dave, Will and Terrance did a great job with customer service and made my repair in a timely fashion.

Our dryer had not been drying properly for a week. I reached out for quotes on a Sunday evening and was contacted almost immediately to schedule for a few days later. Our technician was very polite and did a great job. When we figured out the vents weren’t too bad, he also gave us an idea of some alternative issues, which we greatly appreciated!
