My AC unit flooded during the recent torrential storms. I originally called Hiller who promptly told me I would need a new unit and duct work costing thousands of dollars without even looking at the unit. After a conversation with a friend, I looked up duct work repair and found Aire Serv. Emi was very sweet and scheduled an appointment for David and Terrance to come out and look at it. I was given a reasonable quote (less than $700) and they replaced my duct work that was damaged the next day (my AC unit worked just fine). I received a follow up call from David the day after to check how things were working. I truly value a company that does not try to upsell services or take advantage where they see an opportunity.
