James (Booth) did a fabulous job! He texted to let us know approximately when he would arrive, with only a one hour window (from 8-9) instead of some other companies giving me a four hour window. He called when he arrived which was on time, took his time checking over everything, and explained it all in detail. He was also extremely kind! Thank you James!! We will definitely use you again and recommend Total Group to anyone!
