My air conditioning unit quit cooling. I called Total. They were able to schedule a tech quickly (the next day). The tech, Paul, called when he was on his way. He showed up ontime (early), diagnosed the problem and fixed it within one hour. He had to replace the compressor. He was very respectful and professional including wearing his shoe protectors inside my home. He explained what the issue was professionally. Thank you.
