Lost heat and required a limited warranty repair with a replacement part. Total worked with the manufacturer after diagnosis to have the part and promptly fixed it same day in just 4 hours from my call to finished. The labor charge to visit, diagnosis, go get the part, and install it was very reasonable and less than I expected. I am 100% satisfied and will prefer Total Group in Nashville (Brentwood area) for all of my Hvac needs. Everyone I talked To with this firm was professional, courteous and responsive.
