To be fair, I agree with the rest of the reviews here – Airstream has the best customer service of any HVAC company I’ve ever dealt with. Their techs were always in constant communication, they showed up when they said they would, and answered all questions. BUT…you’re going to pay for this service, and I mean REALLY pay. Like to the tune of 2x-3x the rate for other companies. I was quoted almost $3K for a job to fix a residential heat pump, where the refrigerant had leaked out due to a leak in the system. That’s $3K for 4 hours of work and 10 lbs of refrigerant. Take away the ~$300 for refrigerant and you’re at about $650 PER HOUR (parts were covered under the HVAC manufacturer warranty). That’s INSANE ! I ultimately went with a different LICENSED HVAC company (and paid less than half that) when Airstream told me how much they were charging for the refrigerant itself – they were charging $150/lb (NOT A TYPO, YOU READ THAT RIGHT !) for refirgerant that cost them ~$14/lb and for which other HVAC companies are charging ~$30/lb. I’ll happily pay a REASONABLE rate for quality service, but a 1000% markup on refrigerant, that’s borderline criminal !

I can’t say enough good things about Airstream. They are honest and reliable. They do not try to over sell you something that you don’t need. They treat everyone like family.

The Airstream team has been amazing! They show up when scheduled, very professional and have some of the best prices for services. They take the time to make sure you understand what is going on with your AC unit and won’t leave until the job is done and you are 100% satisfied. I have recommend then to many of my friends and they have had the same experience. I definitely recommend them!

I had issues with my old unit not cooling or heating the home properly. I finally made the choice to have an HVAC company take a look at the issue and am glad I got in touch with Airstream. Everyone involved was very professional. I ended up going with a unit that was recommended and am glad I did. I was told I would see a reduction in my electrical bill and have been very pleased to see it drop as much as half during peak season. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was pleased with the care they took that the system was running without a problem. They went into the crawl space to check for leaks or busted air ducts and checked all the vents, etc.

Airstream services was excellent from the time I called them. The lady that answered the phone was very polite & friendly. Gave me very detailed information on the time they would be out between 4-5 pm to check our furnace. They would call if the had an earlier opening. I was sent several texts about my appointment along with a picture of the technician coming to work on the house along with a little bio of the technician. The technician called about 1245 & said he could come anytime. We made the appointment for 2 pm & he promptly showed up at 1:55 pm. Mike was very professional wore his mask at all times & covered his shoes when in the house. Did a complete diagnosis of the entire system & narrowed it down to reseting the thermostat & told me to just monitor it & if it continues to replace it. Which we have a new one in the box. Also told me how to install it very easily. Also gave me recommendations on a new unit when it comes time as ours is 18 years old. Said I wouldn’t worry about until you need to cause your unit looks to be in good shape. Mike was one the best technicians we’ve had come to the house for any kind of repair & would reccomend him & Airstream services to anyone. Very reasonably priced as well. Professionalism like this is hard to find this day & age. Thanks again Mike & Airstream services for a great job.

Tesla recommended this company and for good reason! Extremely professional. Responsive, down to the minute messaging. They went above and beyond what was expected. Technician was respectful of social distancing but very informative.

I went without heat for 4 days because my thermostat broke. I was surprised to find anyone available on Friday after Thanksgiving who would come out the same day, within just a few hours of calling. But Air Stream H & A did just that!! Dan, the technician was courteous, professional, frienly, and very informed. He had my thermostat installed and working in no time at all. Dan took the time to explain each feature of my new thermostat. I am changing over to Air Stream from my old H & A Co. I would recommend anyone to use Air Stream for repairs or just regular check ups!!

These guys saved me. I am a landlord. My tenants arrived to find no power and were not happy. Airstream was fully booked up, but they heard the story and made it happen. Fantastic service. Highly recommend.

My aging HVAC decided to start icing up so I called Airstream. They were incredibly communicative and upfront about their pricing ($75 for a service call). They even have an app that lets you track the technician’s progress to your house! My tech was Dan Dulong who was incredibly professional. He explained every step he took and even cleaned a dead mouse out of the heating coils (after removing the blower) that had been there for who knows how long. Highly recommend this company.
