I have been a customer of Precision Air for a number of years. They have met all my needs. With regards to Josh Price my Service Technician for today’s visit. Josh was very professional in all aspects in his dealings with me. I would recommend Josh to others. It is people like Josh that make me want to continue to do business with Precision Air. Please pass on my compliments to Josh.

Just installed geothermal system at my home with three new geothermal HPs. One never acted quite right and had other co over twice to diagnose the problem with no luck. Then called Precision Air and luckily got Kyle to tackle the diagnosis. He spotted the problem very quickly! Discovered that the pressure valves were faulty which is almost never the case. Now I can get the warranty replacement parts and quit worrying about this defective unit! Thank you Kyle for taking this load off my back.

Matthew was very responsive, he was able to complete a thorough inspection of our system and determine the issue. The fix was completed that day, and we did not have to endure days of waiting around for a part to come in.

I told Kyle of an issue I was having with my electric bill being so high last month, and he was able to figure out what was contributing to that.

New to the area and immediately had in issue with one of our HVAC units. We contacted Precision Air and were very pleased with their service. Matthew Johnson, Precision Air Technician, was on time, friendly, extremely professional and very thorough. Overall, A+++++ service — Precision Air has earned our future business!

Outstanding service. Requested assistance for a system performance assessment and tune up. A detailed and thorough review was done. We were able to ask questions through out the visit and received important information about how the system operates. Several suggestions for preventing potential problems and improving performance were provided. This was a new home and we wanted a detailed evaluation and that is what we received! Highly recommend. Incredible work! They were easy to work with, the best price, and good people. Our HVAC was in major need of being replaced, Precision Air came the next day, gave us quotes, and scheduled us in ASAP. They were extremely helpful with financial options. All around great work. Definitely will be using them for all of our future HVAC maintenance needs.

Matthew was great to work with! This was just an annual service visit, but he was able to get in and out quickly. We have been using Precision Air for the last few years for their bi-annual services, and highly recommend them. Whether it is Matthew coming out, or any of the other team, they have all been great!

Am very pleased with Precision Air and the tech they send today – Matthew J.. Precision Air installed our new Daikin system in 2018 and services it twice a year to insure it runs properly. Would recommend Precision Air and Matthew to anyone who asks.

Jeremy Harris has done the maintenance on our heat pump a few times. He has always been professional and does a great job cleaning the unit inside and out and testing it to make sure it is running correctly. Highly recommend.

Matthew did an excellent job. He thoroughly examined our unit, quickly diagnosed the problem, and professionally explained the issue and cure. We are now comfortably enjoying our office space.

Matthew was just phenomenal! We have been stressing over our new AC unit and he was the 6th to look at it. He was very professional and highly knowledgeable! He diagnosed the problem and stated he had to return with the parts. We were happy to see they sent him back out to finish the repair! Going forward I am certain we will use Precision and specifically ask for him,, he knows what he’s doin for sure!

We had a clog in our drainage pipe from an, apparently, poorly installed HVAC system at our house. Our ceiling started leaking and I contacted Precision to help. I don’t think I’ve ever had the level of communication with a maintenance/handyman company before. Matthew Johnson, the technician who came to help, was texting me and giving me some ideas to try before he was able to make it out. They came by on time the next day and Matthew was able to immediately identify the fact that the drainage line was installed incorrectly. He figured out our problem, and even offered a “to do” list of the fixes he would do to remedy the situation, if we wanted to try and get a hold of the contractor that did the poor work initially. We ended up having Precision do the fix and he was able to replace the needed duct work, clear the clock and install a better leak detector to keep the problem from happening again. I would 100% recommend Precision to anyone looking for HVAC work.

Matthew was thorough and honest. I didn’t need any extra work and I appreciated that he said so. Also very nice and respectful by wearing a mask and booties. A+

Jeremy is a great technician. He’s helpful, courteous, and prompt. He’s gone above and beyond at our maintenance visits. Everyone at the main office has been pleasant to deal with.

Jeremy was knowledgeable and quick to solve our problem. We have had intermittent odors coming from our ducts and needed to find the problem and resolve. He knew exactly what it was and showed us proof of the problem and offered a couple of solutions to help us. He showed enthusiasm for helping us and didn’t oversell us on any additional products or services. I found the service agreement plan to be the best fit for us to save us money and I highly recommend Precision Air.

My heat quit working in the middle of the night. Called precision and they sent Austin out who did a great job replacing the blower motor finally getting comfort restored to my house. 10/10 would use this company again.

Jeremy and the crew at precision air are tops in their field! Highly recommend them to anyone needing new HVAC system.

Kyle Barikmo came out to give my unit a tune up and he was great! As a new homeowner he answered all my questions and helped explain everything to me. Overall a great experience!
