About Us

Founded in 1987, T&O Refrigeration started out as an installation company that operated out of Steve Tibbetts’ home and had only a handful of employees. Today, T&O Refrigeration has become one of the largest and most successful independently owned refrigeration contracting companies in the Southeast. Currently, T&O Refrigeration has offices located in Fayetteville, Georgia and Nashville, Tennessee and 70 employees spread across three states. In addition to the Installation Department, T&O Refrigeration also has a Service Department that specializes in maintenance service agreements. The Service Department currently has approximately 200 supermarkets under contract across the southeast. T&O Refrigeration has established strong relationships and provided service and installation to major corporations, including, Publix, Kroger, SuperValu, Save-A-Lot, The Fresh Market, Ingles, Food Lion, Dollar General, Costco, and Wal-Mart. We are licensed and qualified to conduct business in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, South Carolina, and North Carolina.

T&O Refrigeration attributes most of its success to our highly-trained and experienced staff and our management team, which includes many of the best in the industry. Our philosophy has always been one of honesty and integrity and includes having an open and honest relationship with every customer. Our success and growth is tied to this philosophy, as well as our ability to deliver on-time, top-quality, and competitively priced projects for our customers. For this reason, a large percentage of our business involves repeat customers.
