Paschall Heating and Air

We had been told our dampers were cheap, not adjustable and needed replaced by a previous company and it would cost a little over $1000. Well Joe Paschall came to the rescue. Not only do our dampers not need to be replaced but there is a manual adjustment on them and they were not what he would call cheap. So our system was fixed for about a tenth of what the other company quoted. Very knowledgeable about zoned air systems so if you need someone that understands how to balance the air in each zone, call Paschall Heating & Air!

Paschalls is excellent to deal with. They are focused on customer service and not on how to pay for TV ads and expensive trucks. Not only are they experienced, but they take the time to educate the customer. They give you options to help you make an informed decision. They are the best HVAC company in Middle Tennessee that I’ve dealt with. Highly recommended!

We just replaced our HVAC unit and used Paschall Heating & Air. We were extremely pleased with them! They seem to be very knowledgeable and are quick to respond to calls. I thought I was going to need a new water heater based on the water on my garage floor and where it was leaking from. I did some research and started the process to get some estimated for installation. Paschall Heating & Air sent Jason Krauss out to take a look and provide me an estimate. As he was looking things over he tells me “I don’t think you need a new water heater”…there was a pinhole in the expansion tank that was dripping. So in the end…a new expansion tank was considerably lower in cost versus a new water heater and installation. Many thanks to Jason Krauss for finding the problem and providing a more cost effective solution!
