Parker’s Heating and Cooling has always been amazing. They’ve been up front, honest, and they do everything they can to ensure we are satisfied. Most recently we had to have our HVAC unit replaced, and Morgan and Josiah were awesome throughout the whole process! And, we’re happy to say we have things working upstairs again. Thank you!

I’ve been a part of the Comfort Club for just over a year and every interaction I have with Parker’s is excellent. From the phone call saying it’s time for bi-annual maintenance, to the technician coming to perform the service, it is all great. When we moved into our house in Murfreesboro, they told me what worked good, what was broken, and what could wait until next time to be fixed. We had quite a bit of work done and I was comfortable with the price. I would pay it again for the quality their teams have. I recommend them to everyone!

10/29/19-I read the reviews before i made the call to this company. I really couldn’t find any negative comments. They are all true. A rare find in today’s world of dishonest business’s. I had problems with one of their competitors that quoted me over $ 600.00 in repairs but couldn’t do the repairs the same day due to showing up late at 7 pm. It was dark outside and they promised to come back next morning in day light and get me going. No show / No call. When i called them, they thought the repairs were done and had no one to come out that day to finish. So i called Parker Heat and air and spoke with a nice lady Bridgett. She was very professional but very down to earth and convincing. I liked her. She even went over a few top of the line brands they had in house. I explained my dilemma and said i needed some one honest and dependable and i was freaking out knowing cold weather was on its way and she said give us a try sir and let us prove it to you. And that they did! From Brittney’s assuring words to Williams excellent knowledge they found the problem, installed a new thermostat ( Very nice, lighted and Programmable) and told me the other problems the competitor said i needed, i did not need. They could have easily sold me the thermostat, implemented the other repairs and i would have not known the difference. This is honesty folks… Great Job Parker Heating and Cooling! You have another long term customer now.

I have worked with Bo and his team for more than ten years with my commercial properties. His integrity is beyond reproach his technicians are top notch and his passion for customer service is amazing. He has saved me and my tenants from dire circumstances more times than I can count. It is great to be able to have complete confidence that a vendor is as invested in a good outcome for me as I am and Bo and his team have proven time and again worthy of that confidence. I look forward to working with them for the next 10 years.

One of the owners of the company took the time to work with us to ensure that we had the product that worked best for us. Working with this company reminds us of the customer service that was provided before companies started to outsource portions of their operations. Great praise to Parkers for everything that they do to ensure the customer’s needs are met.

I bought both my units from Parker’s and could not be more pleased with the continued service I receive from Josh, Kendra, Erik, and all the great staff! Last night my water unit went out. Fortunately, Parker’s was already scheduled for my fall inspection. Erik, who has been servicing my home, also looked at the water heater and was able to repair it right then and there! I have water again AND my heating/air is serviced for the season!! Thank you, to you all. You are a wonderful company and have outstanding customer service! I will continue to use you and let all know my deep appreciation. Thank you, Erik,for calming my nerves and fixing my water! You’re awesome and a keeper!

Rusty was my technician today for my scheduled hvac maintenance. Such a very friendly, professional, customer oriented person. He was trying to do the part of the inspection on the inside of the house and my thermostat screen wouldn’t work. He asked me how long I had my unit and when I said under two years . He said the thermostat is under warranty and he would go get me one and install it for me. He definitely went above and beyond and Parkers now has a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend Parker’s Heating and Cooling for all you hvac needs.

The company was very Professional from my initial call to Pam in the office, who really knows the HVAC business and is very Courteous, to David who did a thorough Quality audit when the installers were done. David also took the time to explain the system including the new Smart/Digital thermostats.

I had the electric HVAC system in my townhouse replaced by Parkers Heating and Cooling. Everyone I communicated with was professional and the whole transaction was positive. I also had the honor to meet Marty Parker, founder of Parker’s Heating and Cooling. I learned about his early life and his family. I loved hearing about his time serving in the Navy, song writing, and how he got started in the heating and cooling industry. He built a successful family business that is now run by his sons, whom he spoke highly of. If you are in the Nashville area, I highly recommend Parker’s Heating and Cooling. They give honest quotes, fair pricing, and run a solid business.

High level of customer service. Honest and dependable. Recently had a unit installed. The Parkers have always done a phenomenal job at our homes. Highly recommended.

Parker’s has been servicing my 2 AC units since we moved to TN 15 years ago so when the time came to replace my leaking and failing split unit I knew who to call. Every employee from Parker’s that has come to my home has been friendly, courteous, professional and respected my home. A new split unit was installed with the air handler in the attic, they left the area cleaner than they found it and finished promptly. I highly recommend Parker’s, you feel like a friend or one of their family when you do business with them.

We’ve had Parker’s service since we bought the house and have never had any negative issues. We recently had a new HVAC installed, and it was quick, clean, and quiet. Sadly, we had just had an Ecobee thermostat installed, but the new HVAC wasn’t compatible(we found out after the fact), fortunately we kept the new thermostat, instead of returning it, and Parker’s came out, installed the new thermostat and left the ecobee with us for our next home. I didn’t hesitate to sign another maintenance agreement.

I want you to know that I called on a sunday afternoon asking for help….it was hotter than blazes. Rusty was there withing an hour. He worked his butt off fixing the problem. Parkers is lucky to have him as a technician. He was professional, courteous, on time, dilegent, and really wanted to solve my problem. I was the most important thing for a couple hours. If I could give him 6 stars I would! I am a new customer of theirs now….Rusty is the reason.

Josiah and Cole are very courteous and professional HVAC installers. Josiah answered all my questions and thoroughly explained how to use my new unit and thermostat. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
