The technician, Les was super prompt, he was actually a little early for our appointment window. I was impressed with the knowledge and the service that was provided. He told me what was wrong with it explained everything and made sure my family and I were safe until the near until could be put in. He came back the next day and installed the new water heater. Les even talked with my home warranty company so they would reimburse me for a portion of the cost. The cost for the work that was a little less than the quote which was a nice surprise. I lo e dealing with Hiller they provide great customer service and do outstanding work. Would recommend to anyone that needed service.

The technician arrived earlier than scheduled and quickly located our problem and fixed it. He was very nice and professional.

I have never been disappointed with any service Hiller has performed for me. They show up when they say they will show up, they explain any issues or matters that may need attention, and from the person answering the phone call to the technician that comes out always have had such a positive attitude and do exactly what they say they are going to do.

Sometimes less is more- this company won me over from the moment they answered my phone call. Pleasant from the start and resolved our issue quickly. No long wait for days! 6 Stars!!!! I could go on but if you’re in need of any kind of plumbing service, don’t even think twice, this is the company to choose.

We called around 2:00pm on Saturday to have a cooling issues fixed, they clearly stated they could work us in on the schedule but it would be kind of late(after 6pm). Around 8:15pm, Bradley showed up and worked his magic! Bradley had us up and running in less than 20 minutes. I can not recommend Bradley enough! He was polite, professional, and even at 8:15 at night he was happy to be here! Thank you so much Bradley for saving us!!!

Emily, the service tech, had more of a job than she anticipated, as there were 2 clogs. Getting to the drain lines involved digging several feet deep. She never got flustered and was pleasant the entire time she was here. We continue to be repeat customers of this business.

Got a call from the city stating that my water line was broken and I needed to get a plumber to repair it. Called Hiller around 4pm and received an appointment for 7-11pm that night. Hiller came and repaired my water line before the appointment time. The guys were super nice and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Hiller! Our A/C was acting up and were able to schedule same-day service, even on a Sunday evening. John, our technician, was polite and went straight to work. After fixing the problem, he gave us advice on how to avoid it in the future. I love dealing with Hiller. I am a member of the Hiller Club and they maintain and service my units. Their employees are top notch, their pricing is fair and they are always easy to get in touch with. If I am having issues, they schedule me in quickly and I actually speak with a HUMAN being and not a frustrating computer.

This was the second time Emily has done plumbing work for us and I can’t say enough good things about her. She is extremely professional, very knowledgeable and as personable as can be. Our AC went out on Father’s day weekend and they were able to fix it within 24 hours. Michael was very informative and professional. Prices were reasonable. Very happy with the service.

It was a fairly late night call on a Saturday night. The technician showed up, checked out my unit, and advised me of what repairs I needed. Recharged system and got it cooling again and advised of a leak in the system.

I had my landlord come out multiple time and they charged me for a job that was never fully done. So when I called Hiller I was desperate to get it fixed. Not only were they punctual, professional and fast, our plumber Joey actually got the job done right! I’ve always been scared at the cost of calling a plumber, but Hiller got it all done for a fair price that I was happy to pay! I will gladly call Hiller in the future if I have any issues. Brian & Clint installed a unit that went between our two generators & the solar panels. They were excellent. Yes, we definitely would use them again.
