So impressed with Donelson Air, from the first call to request service to the completion of the maintenance. They are a top notch professional HVAC business. Connie was able to schedule an appointment quickly and convenient for me. I received a text the morning of and a call when the tech was running late because of the weather. She offered to reschedule or call again prior to their arrival. And her promise was kept! The technician, Steve, was efficient in finishing the work. He was knowledgeable and professional in answering all my questions. I purchased the maintenance program based on my experience. Absolutely call them, you will be glad you did!

I cannot say enough about the Donelson Air and the technician, David Scott. He was knowledgeable, fast, and honest. I didn’t get gouged and he came and fixed it the same day I called. I highly recommend them.

Scott arrived on time and very quickly repaired the issue at hand. Since we also have the Advantage plan he also suggested rerouting the condensation drain line from the pump to directly outside. A technician is coming Monday to perform the work. Not many technicians would have gone above and beyond to suggest this. Scott was very professional and helpful. He is yet another reason we continue to use Donelson for 15 years. We are definitely satisfied costumers!

Replaced gas water heater. Showed up on time & was very professional. Job was finished quickly & looked & works perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

Had issues with my AC system on Friday night. Called Saturday around 730. Technician was here by 930. Called Lee and they could not come out until Tuesday. Tech quickly diagnosed the issue. Got it back up and running. Nothing but good things to say about them.

He made sure we had all the information we needed to make a decision on the right unit to replace our upstairs HVAC unit. His professionalism, time and effort were greatly appreciated. We had a great experience with this company when they came to check on our AC unit. Mr. Cody Woods was our service technician. He was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing and gave good advice about picking a plan that was right for us.

Not to mention, he identified some issues we’ve been having with our electricity as a potential bad transformer in the area based on his checks of voltage coming to our unit.
