Chance arrived as promised, after calling me to let me know he had been delayed a little, did a thorough and professional job, was friendly and courteous, and as he was leaving, gave me some advice on running my AC to ‘circulate the coolant and help increase efficiency of the system.

Busy Bee is a phenomenal business. I called this morning for an AC issue and they had a technician to my house by 2pm. This was not even an emergency service! The technician was thorough and explained everything that was happening. I would absolutely recommend them again.

I needed emergency plumbing repair and i called 6 different places. These guys were ready faster then all the others and they could also guarantee work would get done today. After I talked to someone on the phone I got a call from a technition 20 minutes later. Work was complete quickly and efficiently. I will be useing these guys again for sure!

We have used Busy Bee for our HVAC Maintenance for several years, and were very happy that they added plumbing services as well. They were able to get a technician out the same day when our hot water heater quit working. Ryan was very knowledgeable, kind, and he made sure to answer all of our questions regarding fixing our existing water heater or replacing it before starting the water heater replacement. Had Busy Bee come out and look at our HVAC unit. It wasn’t running right….not cooling the house during the day. Anyways, Mark came out and told us the problem. Also, he saved the compressor from blowing up by releasing some of the built up pressure. He was very professional and knowledgeable. If we ever get the money to fix the issue, we will definitely call the folks at Busy Bee to get the job done.

We had concerns about a gas leak with one of our gas items, fireplace, stove, hot water tank & dryer. Busy Bee came right out, checked everything and rerouted the gas fireplace pipe. The city came back out to test and gave us the all clear. I cannot stress how completely satisfied we are with the service and price they provided. Just awesome!!!!

As usual, Busy Bee sent out a very well qualified young man to maintain our A/C system. He found that we had one problem part which could be replaced right now – no ordering parts or delays.
