My Air Conditioner unit was not cooling the house. I called AllTech and they were able to schedule an appointment the next day. The technician they sent, Bryce, was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job in fixing the AC. The tech was very transparent with his work and explained exactly what the problem was. Excellent company!

I was very pleased and impressed with Curtis’ inspection of my HVAC unit. In addition to being prompt, professional, and personable, Curtis was patient and knowledgeably responsive to my questions. I appreciated his explanation of the maintenance he did today and his recommendations for preventing mold from forming in the system.

Bryce and Habib came to inspect the air conditioner unit. They were on time, professional and thorough. Unfortunately they could not run a diagnostic because of a Dominion Power panel so they recommended a follow up visit after we contact the power company. I highly recommend Bryce and Habib and hope to see them again foe maintenance

The front desk is quick to reply your call and make arrangement for visits. Technicians showed up on time and did wonderful and honest repair and installation work. We have two A/C systems fully upgraded by All Tech in the past years and they all work perfectly without issues. The comfort specialists provide options for repair or upgrade and are willing to negotiate to match a better offer. We also subscribed their yearly maintenance plan and can get discounts when actual repair work deems necessary.

Miguel repaired a pipe, installed new valve and ran a new water/ice line to my fridge. Both he and his associate were both friendly and respectful and thorough. Also had AC unit installed and am super happy with the service. The maintenance program is reasonably priced and takes the worry out repairs. Very 😊 with this company! Thank You!

I’ve used AllTech Services exclusively for 8 years and counting. They are always responsive and quick to schedule an appt to come out. Their prices are reasonable and their work is top quality. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and experienced and professional. I am so glad I found them years ago. I know I can rely on them for speedy and quality service which sets my mind at ease.

He is polite and knowledgeable and works fast and cleans up after himself. He has been here a few times now and does a good job. He’s friendly and explains what he is dong. I always like to know how things work and what is being done. Kudos to Robert.

I called a little panicked because 2 other places could not come out today for an emergency call. Of course, the Moen water cartridge was not coming out. Mike and Greg were able to replace pipes – even with the weird builder pipe and wall set up. Now, I don’t have to go overnight without water. THANK YOU!

Jack Posey came and spent several hours to understand our systems (radiant and electric for heat and high velocity for AC). He was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful with ideas of how to make the system work better. I appreciated that he was willing to make recommendations but also give thoughts based on our preferences around noise, type of heat, type of fuel and more. Thank you!

100% amazing!! The lady I spoke to this morning who helped me make an appointment was so patient and kind. The technician who came out, Michael, was fabulous! He was extremely thorough, very understanding and willing to explain everything in great detail. He also tried to find the best options when searching for the leak, taking into consideration all factors. So far, I’m extremely pleased with the entire process and will update upon repair.

Josh was the sales representative who came out to explain the new equipment replacement that I would be getting. Josh was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and honest about what he was doing. What amazes me, he even tried to fix my broken ac equipment while he is trying to do his business, no one usually does that. He was awesome and I wish AllTech will keep him for ever as we need more professional like him in this or any other industry. 😊😊

My original comment holds true. Hot water heater and complete HVAC system installed professionally… AND THE CLEAN UP WAS IMPRESSIVE (no one could tell they were there). Needed an adjustment to the water heater this morning and a tech responded within the hour… and HE was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. These guys/gals are terrific!
