Rusty was my technician today for my scheduled hvac maintenance. Such a very friendly, professional, customer oriented person. He was trying to do the part of the inspection on the inside of the house and my thermostat screen wouldn't work. He asked me how long I had my unit and when I said under two years . He said the thermostat is under warranty and he would go get me one and install it for me. He definitely went above and beyond and Parkers now has a very satisfied customer.
