We've had Parker's service since we bought the house and have never had any negative issues. We recently had a new HVAC installed, and it was quick, clean, and quiet. Sadly, we had just had an Ecobee thermostat installed, but the new HVAC wasn't compatible(we found out after the fact), fortunately we kept the new thermostat, instead of returning it, and Parker's came out, installed the new thermostat and left the ecobee with us for our next home. I didn't hesitate to sign another maintenance agreement.
