Emergency HVAC repairs are never fun or painless, but Carl helped make my day much more manageable. He arrived quickly after my emergency call and was kind and helpful. He took a ton of time to answer all of my many questions help me sort through my options. Highly recommend!
The technician, Les was super prompt, he was actually a little early for our appointment window. I was impressed with the knowledge and the service that was provided. He told me what was wrong with it explained everything and made sure my family and I were safe until the near until could be put in. He came back the next day and installed the new water heater. Les even talked with my home warranty company so they would reimburse me for a portion of the cost. The cost for the work that was a little less than the quote which was a nice surprise. I lo e dealing with Hiller they provide great customer service and do outstanding work. Would recommend to anyone that needed service.
