The company was very Professional from my initial call to Pam in the office, who really knows the HVAC business and is very Courteous, to David who did a thorough Quality audit when the installers were done. David also took the time to explain the system including the new Smart/Digital thermostats.
Called Allen's on 9/13/2017.. They came out the next day to fix a breaker problem for the central heat and air unit.. The gentleman was very polite and well mannered.. He explained what the problem was in great informed details.. Finally found a reputable service that I will use for here on..
