We can't say enough about the wonderful service we received from Brad Watson, our salesman. He made sure we had all the information we needed to make a decision on the right unit to replace our upstairs HVAC unit. His professionalism, time and effort were greatly appreciated. Jason and David did a great job installing the unit today. We have always received great service from Donelson and can't say enough good things about them.
