My wife and I highly recommend this company if you ever need any plumbing work done. Their customer service is second to none and you cannot put a price tag on that. We had our main sewer line replaced last year by another company and it turns out the work wasn't done right, but we didn't know any better. We started having the same issues a couple weeks ago and when I called that company they wouldn't answer the phone or return our calls when I left messages. So we called Martin Plumbing just by chance because I saw they were local here in Smyrna. Jessica the receptionist was extremely nice and caring about our situation. Within an hour Christian, the owner was at our house. To make a long story short, the other company was very rude when I finally did talk to them and refused to honor the warranty we had on their work. Christian and his guys came out and re-did the sewer line and did it correctly am for much less than what we originally paid. It was a terrible experience having to have our yard dug up again, but Martin Plumbing made me feel like I was their number one customer even though I know they were really busy. Jessica was extremely nice and helpful every time I had a question and always called me back quickly if I had to leave a message. They genuinely cared about the situation we were dealing with and wanted to help us to fix it correctly. Thank you guys so much!
