On the same day as the electrical issue, I simultaneously had a plumbing issue. The plumber arrived and assessed the problem. He attempted several solutions, but unfortunately, none of them worked at that time. He put in a lot of work to determine the manufacturer of the part that was faulty, but either no one had the part in stock or they were closed. He will return at a later date to remove the part and replace it. Issues from the temp electrical fix arose and another tech was sent out. This time, he was able to go more in-depth to pinpoint some root causes and repaired those, bit more work is required. He will also return at a later date to make those changes. I've used this company for several years and have had no problems.
