It is rare these days to be so pleased with the outstanding quality of detailed workmanship that I experienced with Proctor & Graves Service. Recently, I chose to purchase an American Standard Dual Fuel System. The installation was flawless and beautifully performed. Now, I am enjoying the peace of mind knowing that these folk are truly experts in their field plus extremely caring for their customer's concerns!
Jack came right out the next day after we called and met with my family to replace our entire HVAC system he was extremely nice and didn’t push us into buying anything we didn’t want. We had no working heat so he had his guys show up the very next morning before 9 am! The installers were very pleasant and courteous. They kept everything clean and tidy. We are extremely satisfied from start to finish with buying and the installation of our new system. Jack made the whole process quick and easy! We will use Mid State again! Thanks Mid State!
