This was actually for a plumbing issue. An outside frost proof faucet was installed last year by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and before the 1 year warranty expired it became almost impossible to turn it off completely. They replaced the faucet with no charge for parts or labor. This is an outstanding business. I've called them several times over the last few years and they have never disappointed me.
