My neighbor was being serviced, and while Lee Company was at their house, a young girl had a bike accident at the intersection. Hearing her screams from inside my house, I looked out to see what was wrong and saw the Lee Company employee running out to help. He carried her to safety from the middle of the road, gathered her belongings, and then helped calm her down. She was screaming, crying,and bloody with injuries to her chin, forehead, and arm, yet he remained calm and problem solved to how to get her help, contacting her caregivers and assessing the severity of her injuries. As other people stopped and offered help, he took lead on keeping her calm, helping stop bleeding, and showing extreme compassion to her in this time of stress. He remained with her until her family came to pick her up and take her to be treated, giving her waters from his cooler, applying pressure to her wounds, and most importantly, keeping her calm. As a college student who will soon be on my own and looking for reliable and trustworthy servicemen, this has guaranteed that Lee Company will be my first call because of this employee's outstanding response and quickness to provide aid when he didn't have to.
