I've been working with the folks at TMC since I bought my house in 2012, and every encounter has been great. They are a local family run business and it shows in all the good ways. I will keep calling them every time I need service! On my previous (very old) HVAC unit, they kept me going when it really started showing its age. Didn't tell me it needed repairs it didn't, and never tried to pressure me into a new system. A few weeks ago I bit the bullet and decided it was time to replace the whole system. They made solid recommendations on the system and some improvements in the home, worked with me on my budget, my schedule, and did a great tear-out and install. Jerry was the lead technician, and his years of experience and attention to detail really made the job a stress-free event for me! I also had them perform a total duct cleaning service, and I'm so glad - because in this 42 year old house it had never been done. It was a little more expensive than I expected up front, but totally worth it. Especially after I saw how thorough the entire cleaning was. They even taped up the register boots to seal up the system and prevent air leaks in-between the floors. The overall air quality in our home has improved dramatically. First class job all the way around!
