Jeremy was knowledgeable and quick to solve our problem. We have had intermittent odors coming from our ducts and needed to find the problem and resolve. He knew exactly what it was and showed us proof of the problem and offered a couple of solutions to help us. He showed enthusiasm for helping us and didn't oversell us on any additional products or services.
