I am so glad that I have the Hoffmann Brothers Home Protection Plan. It is so worth every penny! Last night, I had a problem with my AC so I phoned and left a message with their answering service. Hoffmann Brothers phoned me at 7:15am today to let me know they would have one of their technicians out this morning. Scott Moore arrived in less than an hour. He was very thorough, professional and courteous. I've used Hoffmann Brothers for more than 20 years now because of their excellent quality work, their professionalism and their high level of customer service.
