I had the work oh checking and maintenance of 2 units. Mason was on time and started his work with cheer and enthusiasm. He was very knowledgeable and did the work professionally. He is a very friendly person and easy to ask clarifications if what he was doing. While the work took more than 2- hours he explained all the steps he was doing to troubleshoot. Mason completed the work efficiently and professionally. He is the best young guy I had in several years that MJ Frick was taking care of my HVAC systems. Kudos to him and I wish him all the best!

Dave was very professional from the moment he arrived. We discussed the issues I was having and he did his investigation. He explained all the findings to me and discussed options. He never pressured me and made me feel confident in my decision moving forward. Would recommend to anyone looking for HVAC work.

Moore Heating installed a new furnace for us 12 years ago and has performed all the regular maintenance since then. They just installed a new hot water heater and garage heater. Excellent work and really friendly phone staff and technicians!! Highly recommended them.

Our dryer had not been drying properly for a week. I reached out for quotes on a Sunday evening and was contacted almost immediately to schedule for a few days later. Our technician was very polite and did a great job. When we figured out the vents weren't too bad, he also gave us an idea of some alternative issues, which we greatly appreciated!

Great team at Jewell--Jack diagnosed and explained our problem in detail, as well as the options we had to fix or replace, without any upselling pressure. They were very fast and responsive--after we decided to get a new unit, they were out the next day. Keith, Chad, and Jim were a great crew--they were in and out of the house all day doing the installation, and we barely noticed as we worked in the home office. Highly recommend!

I was so worried about being taken advantage of because I've had so many repairs done lately and I know maintenance companies compete to be the most urgent repair, itemizing like crazy and taking up an hour of my time justifying the cost with explanations about how much work my house needs. The air unit was a grave fear because it's summer and it's an older unit. The tech was friendly, professional, quick, and no fuss. She offered a maintenance membership but was not at all pushy. I'm so grateful for the shining report and would trust the same company if the report isn't as good next year.

I also had the honor to meet Marty Parker, founder of Parker’s Heating and Cooling. I learned about his early life and his family. I loved hearing about his time serving in the Navy, song writing, and how he got started in the heating and cooling industry. He built a successful family business that is now run by his sons, whom he spoke highly of. If you are in the Nashville area, I highly recommend Parker’s Heating and Cooling. They give honest quotes, fair pricing, and run a solid business.

Another company had worked on our non functioning system for three days and suggested we call a different service provider. Unfortunately the Hoffmann technician had the SAME problem as our first service provider! After some discussion they were willing to try a repair rather than replace, and although the repair/return service took a couple of days, Hoffmann Brother's was able to restore cooling during a very hot end of July week. We can now take time to decide what system we would like to replace our aging system with, and replace at a less busy/stressful time. We appreciate the persistence of the Hoffmann technician, Justin.

Miguel repaired a pipe, installed new valve and ran a new water/ice line to my fridge. Both he and his associate were both friendly and respectful and thorough. Early yesterday afternoon, I realized that my air conditioner wasn't working. I called Maynard, expecting that they'd tell me someone would come out today. But they promised to have someone here yesterday. And they delivered: Caleb arrived shortly after 5PM, and before I knew it he had it figured out and fixed. Reasonable price, professional service, and getting it done on the same day is the trifecta of good customer care.

Matthew did an excellent job. He thoroughly examined our unit, quickly diagnosed the problem, and professionally explained the issue and cure. We are now comfortably enjoying our office space.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I have used them for several years for general maintenance on our HVAC. They have always been prompt, professional and courteous. Our condenser recently went out during the hottest week in July, on a Thursday. Their schedule was booked, but what they did is pure class and service. When other companies were too busy to send out a tech, Allen's was able to come the same day and fix our AC issue. They are now our go to HVAC company. The tech was very professional and figured out our issue quickly and solved it quickly as well. Very reasonable price as well.

Mid-State replaced the two-zone heat/AC in my house with high efficiency Trane units. I was very happy with their work, professionalism, and price. They hooked up nest thermostats and showed me how to used them and also walked me through the state rebate process to get thousands of dollars back for installing high efficiency units. I'm excited to see how much my utility bills drop now. I couldn't be happier, highly recommended!!

Amazing experience from start to finish. We have used Roscoe Brown previously for both our furnace and AC. Every time, the interaction exceeded expectations. Fair, honest, competitive price, excellent service and expertise. This time, we had to actually replace the HVAC (our suggestion) and blow in insulation. Perfect in every way. Team is excellent!

Found Thomas with ARS through new hot water install via Home Depot. Now have worked with him 2 more times since. Super helpful and now lifesaver! As my water and sewer lines back up into toilets and showers...No flooding thankfully. Next day they were able to get everything dug, replaced, flushed out, all the things. Would recommend him to anyone. Also very knowledge and patient when I asked my numerous first time home buyer questions

I filed a claim through my home warranty and was assigned all about comfort. The woman who called me was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get me squeezed in. Dennis the technician showed up at my house about 45 minutes after they called and booked me. He was extremely professional and personable, was quick and thorough with his work and was even able to squeeze me in for a system cleaning while he was here. My house is now nice and cool again.
