Not only did Cody Woods service the unit that he came out to service, he also checked out the half unit that was running while he was working on it. Not to mention, he identified some issues we've been having with our electricity as a potential bad transformer in the area based on his checks of voltage coming to our unit. Service plus, which is why I'm a happy customer.
