Kaitlyn came over this morning to give my AC it’s first check-up of the year (you are given two if signed up for the membership!). She was so sweet, knowledgeable, easy to talk to about expectations and concerns and very professional. I am new to using this company, but so far they have been nothing but kind and helpful. I got a phone call from the receptionist informing me someone was on their way. They came before 10am like they said- they actually came around 8:30 which was great. I am so excited to be apart of the club membership! Thank you so much for your help and I look forward to building a business relationship with you all! Mahalo and all you need is Love. 🙏🏽🌺

Jordan was very helpful and professional. We had a bad clog in our very old cabin and he didn’t give up looking for a way to help us. Turns out our pipes are cemented into the floor, ha! Even with that limitation, Jordan went above and beyond to help us fix our clogged drain and help us learn more about what is going on in our home’s plumbing system. 10/10 would recommend Jordan and the surfin team.

Thomas and chase did an excellent job in correcting an installation of new Trane unit. Moved in into the right place w no questions ask. Very polite and kind. Had it corrected in 2 hours. So grateful for them

We had Surfin Plumbers out to our home to perform an annual water heater inspection. During inspection, Justin, our technician, noticed and informed me of corrosion to the anode rod. He was very thorough in discussing the purpose of the anode rod and potential issues once the rod goes bad. He answered all of my questions, and I was confident in the decision to replace the rod. He was super professional and very friendly at the same time. I highly recommend this technician & hope to have him back again next year!

I was so worried about being taken advantage of because I’ve had so many repairs done lately and I know maintenance companies compete to be the most urgent repair, itemizing like crazy and taking up an hour of my time justifying the cost with explanations about how much work my house needs. The air unit was a grave fear because it’s summer and it’s an older unit. The tech was friendly, professional, quick, and no fuss. She offered a maintenance membership but was not at all pushy. I’m so grateful for the shining report and would trust the same company if the report isn’t as good next year.

Technician was very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. She was not focused on a sales pitch. She did what needed to be done without trying to sell a bunch of add ons. I appreciated that.

I received a flyer in the mail and the price was good so I called it. And this nice young lady Katelyn showed up and explained everything she was checking and cleaned my unit. Very professional and great at her job. She even went under the house and found a couple of places where air was escaping from the duct work. I have placed a call for a field manager to call me back and see what can be done about that
