Welcome to our company! M&A Supply Company, Inc. was founded by Richard Moss & Edwin Anderson in Nashville, TN, in 1969 as a wholesale distributor and manufacturer of heating and air conditioning supplies and rain carrying products. Mr. Moss sold his equity in the company very early, and we’ve been a family owned business ever since.

In 1990, M&A Supply expanded its product offering to include HVAC equipment and parts. That has since become the biggest part of our business. Today, we serve our customers from over twenty locations in the Southeast.

Our company was founded on servicing the small to medium size contractor with “blue collar” roots much like our own. Although we have grown, we are still a privately held, family owned business with a heritage built on customer service just like many of our customers today. Now, decades later, we have grown into one of the largest independent wholesalers in the country, but we remain focused on our reasons for success: our employees and our customers.

Throughout the years we remain true to our core values: to operate with integrity, to remember that our employees are our greatest asset, and to focus completely on the success of our customers.
