AC maintenance. Roderick was very friendly and professional. He did a thorough inspection, recommended one part replacement, and gave me an accurate quote. Covenant was a good choice.

James came over on a holiday weekend. Same day as our call. He fixed the issue and taught me a few things. Very pleased with the service.

Our technician, Rod, had great technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills. He explained things clearly and in a way I could understand, which I appreciated. He’s a great addition to the Covenant team!

Covenant was very good at communicating. They emailed, called, and texted to give me updates about my service and when the tech would be arriving. Rodney was very friendly and professional, even while having to work in the rain.

Our air conditioner was making noises the Saturday of Memorial weekend and we called Covenant Heating and Cooling on a recommendation from our neighbor. We didn’t expect a service call until Tuesday after the holiday but they were able to fit us in and fixed the problem. So next extra charges and we will use them again. Professional, reliable and attentive with excellent service.

Covenant Heating and Cooling has been a lifesaver for me. They are always very quick to show up when I call, provide excellent service and explain everything they are doing thoroughly. Not only have they replaced my heating and air but they did my moms as well. They come out twice a year for preventative maintenance and everyone is always so kind and helpful.

We were panicked when our AC stopped working on a weekend and it was really hot outside which meant it was hot inside. We called Covenant and they answered and said they could have a technician out same day. I was so grateful they came within a couple hours and the technician did an amazing job. He was very professional and quick to get a broken part replaced and have our AC blowing cold air again. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

Came out the next day to fix our AC. Skyler did the work and he was super informative, polite, and worked quickly. Matt came out to give an estimate and he really took his time to explain everything and present us with our best options. Will definitely be calling this company again!

Brandon was professional very knowledgeable explained what happened and fixed it with no issues. Very friendly to my husband and myself. Would ask for him anytime I need the help. Awesome

These guys went above and beyond my expectations and I would consider myself to have pretty high standards. Nick and Tyler did an exceptional job of replacing our old HVAC unit and have not had this good of service experience in my many years of working with contractors. I would defiantly recommend them. I could not recommend this company stronger. We needed them to come install new gas logs at the last minute due to having a home inspection. They went above and beyond to help us and we will always be grateful to them. When we move to our new home we will definitely be calling them for yearly service and any other needs that we may have.

My heat had been out for a few days so I had a technician take a look at it. It’s an older unit but he was able to clean the pressure port and remove and clean all four burners which resolved the problem. He definitely knew what he was doing, was friendly and professional and I was relieved to have it up and running again. Would definitely recommend this company!

Our unit needed freon and I was able to receive service the same day I requested service. Brandon assessed the need for freon and also searched for a suspected leak. He gave us advice with the estimated cost of repair. I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge, as well as suggestions. Brandon answered all questions that I had. I feel confident we will continue to call Covenant for heating and cooling.

Once again did a great job on maintenance and seeing a problem that needed to be fixed. Robert was very personable & took the time to discuss issues with my unit. Today he worked in the blazing heat & rain but got the job done without rushing. Good guy, good company.
